It's virtually impossible for us to tell you what jQuery is doing on your blog without seeing your blog. A lot of templates rely on it for a variety of functions.

Well, for starters, lines 2620-2630 on your main page rely on jQuery. Just a quick look through these ten lines suggest they run the popup the appears when the page loads. There may be more (e.g., the drop-down menus), but there are more than 50 remote Javascript files loaded by your page, several of them multiple times!

Ok, thanks alot sir... please what du think i should do to it.. my site already has a good seo but am looking for a way to reduce the loading time of the site and make the seo more effective. thanks

You need to use some developer tools - Chrome/WebKit or Firefox/Firebug - to evaluate what every script is doing. Make sure you're only loading things once, and eliminate everything you can live without. In the case of jQuery, given the little bit that it does, it is very possible you could duplicate the functionality with your own much smaller script and thereby avoid having to load the entire library.
