Translate API: Romanization and Dictionary

Hello!
I have found that in the "unofficial" API that Google uses on
translate.google.com, Romanization and Dictionary items are part of
the JSON response.
Is there a roadmap to bring these features also to the official API?
Or is it allowed to also use this "unofficial" API?
