How to get feeds more than 10 .. i.e., can we get feeds with pagination or any way to get more than 10 feeds

With the given url for feed find :
https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/services/feed/find?v=1.0&q=vivek
I am able to get only 10 feeds can i get all the feeds which suits
the search criteria...

There is no way to get additional results from the Feeds API's find functionality.

Is there any other way to do this via another API? 10 just seems kind
of restrictive and not very useful unless you happen to get JUST the
right 10.
