Old-style keys no longer necessary for the JS Common Loader

Hi folks,

Just a head's up that we're removing the old-style keys for the Google Loader (http://code.google.com/apis/loader).  This won't impact any actual API calls - no changes are necessary.

We're just removing the recommendation for new developers to get these keys, which can cause confusion with keys from the Google APIs Console (http://code.google.com/apis/console).

Remember that correctly identifying your requests via HTTP referer is still required.
