Google translate Error 400

I used API for translate and reciceved error 400 for my line

https://www.googleapis.com/language/translate/v2?key=MYKEY&source=en&target=ru&callback=translateText&q=hello

What's not right?

Did you replace MYKEY with the Translate API v2 key you obtained through the API Console? When I replaced it with mine, your request worked.
