Help!

I am trying to use this URL "http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/services/search/web?v=1.0&q=" to do query, since I need to do searching for hundred times, after a few times, google respones {"responseData": null, "responseDetails": "Suspected Terms of Service Abuse. Please see http://code.google.com/apis/errors", "responseStatus": 403}.
What can I do? I have to solve because this my assignment.

The Web Search API is now past its published sunset date (September 29, 2014). I would not expect it to work at all. You will need to find another solution.
