on map api: when appear to visitor the google map, how record the clicked point (by some way) on the map(get lat/log from map this only want - on submit), so save in db and re-appear on map later for reading...?

Use the map's built-in click event to register the click and receive a LatLng object within the Javascript. You can then set up an AJAX request which will send the coordinates in that object back to your server.
