This is Ashok Kumar from Olive e-Business Pvt. Ltd. We are using
Google search api for a website http://www.divinewellness.com,
according to the documentation available for same the api will return
none if a user search for abusive words (like nude) if SafeLevel
option of the api is active.
I am hoping for a quick response from your end.

More specifically, you will find information about the safe search
filters by scrolling down slightly to the .setRestriction() method
(NOT .setSiteRestriction).
