can GFDynamicFeedcontrol be configured to display images

i need to know if the GFDynamicFeedcontrol can be configured to
display images alongside the titles.

Yes, it can be, but you will need to download the code and alter it in a few places. Namely, you'll have to replace the call to this.feedControl.createHtml with your own routine to create an HTML node.
