Is there any kind of tool available through Google to determine which
page and/or position a website appears on in the Google search
results? I'm trying to generate a tool that I can pass an URL and a
list of keywords and have it display the results of where that site
lies in Google search results.

IE: my output is designed to look like this:

Site: eamCableAsseblies.com
Keyword / Position
RF Cable Assemblies - Page 1, position 4
Corrugated Cable Assemblies - Page 2, position 3

...and so on.

Are there any tools that could help me find this information available
through Google?

The closest two things that Google offers, I believe, are Webmaster
Tools and Analytics. Just Google them; you'll find them.

Does Analytics have an API that I can pull the information from
without having to log in to Analytics?
