Geo fencing

Can anybody please let me know how can i add a Geo fencing on google map,

Geo fencing means i should get alert when a person or gps device is crossed the geo fencing( configured on map)

Probably the easiest way to do this would be to use the Google Maps API with the geometry library. You then draw a polygon representing your fence and use that polygon's containsLocation method to check if a secondary location is inside the fence.
