GDPR consent and iOS-ATT alert (IDFA)

Hi there,

The new European law is giving us a lot of headache.

Could you please provide some clarification on how admob iOS SDK handle both consent, the GDPR/UMP consent and the iOS-ATT-alert (to collect IDFA) Apple message in Europe?
For example, if a user accept the GDPR through the UMP admob pop-up, and then refuse to share the IDFA through the iOS-ATT prompt alert, what type of ads will be served to the user, personalised or limited ? Do we need users consent on both prompt (GDPR consent and iOS-ATT alert) to get personalised ads serving ?
