Creating MediationGroup and AdUnit using any Google API

Hey there,

I've been using the Google AdMob API for quite some time, reading data. But now I want to create AdUnits and MediationGroups using an API, which scopes do I need and how this is possible?

I saw in Google's documentation that this does infect possible:
