Kindly note that if your account is disabled, you will not be eligible for further participation in the AdSense and/or AdMob program(s). Then, if you're using your Adsense account for your website and Mobile Ads SDK for your android application, then it seems that there is no policy violation on that. Just kindly make sure that you also follow the AdSense policies.
