Can i monetize the following type of android apps

1. Flashlight as a torch 

2. Contact import,export or restoring app 

3. Bible in non english languages such as tamil,telugu.gujrati

4. Text to speech application

Hello,

You certainly can monetize apps that don't have text content.  For example, if you develop a flashlight app, since the app is likely to have one activity with a toggle to switch the torch on/off, having an interstitial here won't make sense.  Banner ads would be a better fit, which you can place at the bottom of the screen.
