Thank you for providing us the requested information.

Upon checking your sample project, I was able to encounter an error when trying to build it in an emulator device. It said that "Unable to sign the application; please provide passwords!". Can you confirm if your provided sample project is needed of a password? Then, I checked your ad unit id for rewarded ads and check if I was able to get ads on it using the Sample App Android, but it is returning an error code 0 which means that something happened internally; for instance, an invalid response was received from the ad server.

I've tested again your apk file provided and I was now able to get rewarded ads on it. Are you still unable to get ads on your end? If this is the case, kindly ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled in order to maximize the chances of receiving ads from the AdMob SDK:

You may also refer to common reason for ads not showing for additional scenarios, as well as the fixes for those. The error code 0 is sometimes happening if there are no available ads to return from the ad inventory. Please do note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server (E.g: AdMob), and I'm afraid that it doesn't have any control on fill rate / match rate of your app. You may also reach out to the Product Support Team for further assistance on such ad-serving concerns.

Sorry that I've forgotten to tell you the .keystore password. Here is the password:

I was able to monetize ads a week ago within all of my android games but the monetization has just started decreasing by the 10th of this month and it is like it is completely disabled within just a few days. (By the way, I haven't done any updates for my apps.) What could be the reason for this error; "an invalid response was received from the ad server."? Could you please be more specific? By the way, I've already checked the "error code 0" link but it gives " Service Unavailable" error. 🙂

I have a similar problem and also since November 10th. It looks like "onInitializationComplete" is not called. If the logic of your ad display is related to the "onInitializationComplete" call, which does not start, then the impressions do not go further.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention.We would start by asking if you can share with us via the “Reply to author” button. With a simple sample app, along with the steps to replicate this issue. At the same time if you can include any stack traces or Charles logs to help in our investigation. This would be greatly appreciated.

Hello all,

Is there any rationale for ads not loading since few days?
Since the 13 my app seems not being able to use my ad units... Absolutely no changes made neither on the app or the admob account... so I guess it comes from Admob side no?

Any hints?

In my case, the implementation of the ad display depended on the execution of the code:

MobileAds.initialize(this, new OnInitializationCompleteListener() {
            @Override
            public void onInitializationComplete(InitializationStatus initializationStatus) {

// This my code reported that initialization was successful!!!

            }
        });

 

However, this has not been the case since November 10. My code doesn't run in the “onInitializationComplete” method.

if your  “onInitializationComplete” depends on the fact that some ads are loaded by admob and that doesn't happen, you have the answer :)

In my case ads are no more loaded and therefore no more displayed... sounds like a problem of feeding of the ad blocks then.
I'm wiaitng for support answer at the moment.

Can you confirm if you are able to receive our messages? The elements you provided yesterday are been sent using reply via author that are being sent privately. Also if your unable to receive our message, let me include it also below.

Since this is more of an ad serving concern, we recommend reaching out to the Product Support Team as they are better equipped in handling ad serving issues.

I had to release a new version of the application where the result of running "onInitializationComplete" is ignored. Ad impressions started to grow. Before that, I didn't even have test ads displayed.

I have same problem, impressions down from 100% to 10%
I not change any implement or get any policy issue
It happended from 9th Nov 2021
I make topic here,  Admob SDK team tell me should ask the  Product Support Team
but  Product Support Team tell me ask the Admob SDK team.
So, what's happend? Who has resposibility?

I encountered like some developers in there. My game worked well util Nov 10, the ads can not show because the request be can't.    
the message always show that: the admob client can't Initialize.

With regard to your concern on impression rate, please do note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server (E.g: AdMob), and I'm afraid that it doesn't have any control on fill rate / match rate of your app. This is more of an ad serving issue which is out of scope to our team. That said, we would recommend raising this to our Product Support team instead. The product specialist there should be able to assist you further on this. Since you already reached out to them, what we can recommend now is to wait for them to respond to your concern. We hope that you get a positive response from them the soonest time possible.

Hello all,

I experience similar issue with my interstitial ad unit, sudden drop in show rate since nov 9. Also, a lot of matched ad request from Singapore (my app has almost no users in Singapore) and Indonesia (just a few users in Indonesia) and no impressions at all.
No changes to the app were made recently.

You can temp "fix" it by bypass the callback
Just begin request for loading ads after call MobileAds.initialize
Example:
MobileAds.initialize(thisnew OnInitializationCompleteListener() {
    @Override
    public void onInitializationComplete(@NonNull InitializationStatus initializationStatus) {
        //don't do any thing here
    }
});
//just start load ads
loadAds();
