Admob ads are not showing

I have published app made with flutter on apple appstore with admob integration. The test ads are running fine and I am 100% sure the SDK integration is correct. The real ads used to show as well but after a couple of days serving was stopped. My app is already verified and I have "READY" label on my app in admob console.  The app-ads.txt file is also added in appstore. In admob console I have this message "app-ads.txt found and seller accounts authorized"

When debugging with real ads, I get the error "no ads to show"
