received a warning email - Google AdMob: Action required to avoid immediate ad serving disruption

Hello Admins,

few hours ago i just got a warning email from google stating - "Google AdMob: Action required to avoid immediate ad serving disruption"

On viewing in policy center i found something like this 

I need assistance immediately because i need to fix it by 31/5/2019 means just in few minutes. Your early action will be highly appreciated.

If possible can you send your apk file ? i instal on my real device to check it.

If in case its machine issue. request for review to reappeal it. uts removed my machine error. within 2 business days they send whats the main issue on ur mail id
