Please note that Meta Audience Network's Banner format supports the medium rectangle display format and flexible width banners with heights of 50, 90, or 250.

Meta bidding for non-test devices requires the device to have the Facebook app installed and user signed in per https://developers.google.com/admob/android/mediation/meta#enable_test_ads. Without this, it is expected that Facebook might not bid (though they still might get bid requests).
Most bidding partners that require 3p SDK rendering (e.g. Meta) do require their signal to be present in order to receive bid requests. They should verify their third-party bidding parameter at https://developers.google.com/admob/android/ad-inspector#view_bidding_details_for_an_ad_unit.
