With regard to your concern, can you confirm if you are referring to application program or application software to those operating system and web apps to be supported in the Mobile Ads SDK? Currently, the Mobile Ads SDK are only supported to the Mobile platforms (Android, iOS, Unity, Flutter). Can you provide us your use case for us to provide it to the wider team when requesting on this non-mobile platforms?

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you need support for non-mobile platforms for AdMob like in MacOS, PC and VR.
We’re glad to hear that. However, According to the Mobile Ads SDK documentation, we support the following platforms:
Since non-mobile is not on the list of the supported platforms mentioned above, we will not be able to support the same.
Having said that, I will raise this as a feature request in the Mobile Ads SDK. I cannot provide a scheduled timeline for the availability of this feature in the SDK. I would recommend you to please follow our release notes and blog post for further updates.

I see already a feature request raised for this non-platform support and the status of that feature request won't be fixed. This means Supporting non-mobile apps is not on the roadmap for Engines like Unity/Flutter. We appreciate your support in this matter.
