Interstitial ads failing to load (Error Code 3)

Hello,

Hope someone can help out with this as I cannot understand why I am having problems with this issue.

I have implemented both banner and interstitial ads in my one of my apps that I am shortly due to release and it seems my interstitial ads are failing to display in test mode. Instead, the onAdFailedToLoad is executing with an error code 3 passed in. I've tried both test ads and also attempted to test the actual final ad unit id to check whether there was an issue with the test ad unit id itself, yet in both cases have resulted in the same issue.

I've spent some considerable time debugging the app and have ensured the ads are fully compliant in that the banner ads contain a noticeable border surrounding actual clickable content and have also ensured the interstitial ads only display after four new clickable events are executed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated for solving this.

Okay, I still haven't been able to solve this using at least the test ad unit id on this page.

Yet, in the Logcat I have spotted the line advising 'No fill from any mediation ad networks.', which is the first time I've noticed this that I believe shouldn't be happening for test ads as I'd assume they'd always display regardless. Therefore, I'm assuming there may be an issue with the interstitial ad server unless I'm corrected otherwise..

I am having the same problem. I think the test interstitial ads are with problem, since it is test ads, it should not show error 3 I think.

As of production ads problem, it may be because there is no available ad to show, so I will now try to add some mediation with facebook ads to see if it helps.

By the way, I tested with Google InterstitialExample from https://github.com/googleads/googleads-mobile-android-examples/tree/master/java/admob.

Same problem happens with the test ads and I saw it working sometimes before.

If you're facing an issue loading the ads with our Test Ad Unit IDs, could you provide us the complete device logs, so I can take a look and assist you further?
