No AD From China

One of my iOS apps with AdMob (banner, interstitial, reward) was downloaded over 4,000 times in China in a week. But there was no any AD impressions of the app from China. I am wondering what's wrong and hope you can help me to figure it out.

Hi there,

Would you be able to verify if you can show ads using your Ad Unit IDs on our sample apps? This seems to be an Ad serving issue rather than something specific to the SDK.

Additionally, would you be able to share with us the affected Ad Unit IDs so we may verify it on our end as well?

The app can show AD impressions normally from other countries except China. (banner ID: ca-app-pub-4118788203762002/5400904572)

Hi there,

Thanks for providing me your Ad Unit Id. I tried using it on our sample apps and I was able to show ads without any problem. This leads me to believe that this may be a serving issue as there might be no ads available to be shown on that specific area (China).

I would recommend the following for you to resolve this issue:

The app almost did not show any AD in Asia (China, Japan, Thailand). It had no both request and impression. If it was server issue it should have request. Can you provide me some source to contact AdMob directly?

In the last 30 days I had 23,000 installs of my iOS apps in China with 445 Admob impressions, 10 clicks and less than $1 US revenue.

So, there are impressions and clicks but the ratio between installs, impressions and clicks is quite far from what anyone would desire.

I also hope we can get some help.
