Account verification issue

Hi there,

I have applied for my (business) Admob account in August. I have updated all the relevant details (including payment details), read the policies, and created my first ads. My account was not yet approved but I started development of my apps anyway. Throughout the development and testing stages I've been very careful to only use the designated Test Ad Unit ID's that the documentation says you should use for testing.

Now it's December and my account has still not been approved. I have had the following screen 2 or 3 times by now, which I resubmitted multiple times, but no information is given on what is actually wrong:

I've checked all the details but I can't find anything that could be the issue. A couple of days ago I published my app but users get a notification "Account not approved yet". The app itself shows as "Verified" in Admob.

I have tried to contact Admob through the Help page but I have not gotten any response whatsoever. Again, I have no idea what the issue is and therefore no way of fixing it. It's very frustrating as I'm trying to run my business but I can't continue because the account won't be approved for an unknown reason. 

Does anybody know how I can get in contact with the relevant team to get this fixed?

It is important to follow AdMob policies and restrictions to avoid any issues. 

Account not approved yet means When you first sign up for AdMob, your account is reviewed before it’s approved. This typically takes up to 24 hours, but in rare cases can take up to 2 weeks. make sure you’re in compliance with AdMob policies and restrictions. You’ll be notified via email if your account is not approved by AdMob. For more information, kindly refer to the Resolve common onboarding issues.

If the issue still persists, kindly provide the app ID via reply to author option for further assistance.

Update: I have gotten a response from the Admob team that they would escalate the situation to the relevant team. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. I'm still interested in hearing from people with similar experiences, and how those got resolved.

Hi

Your problem may be not serious sometimes google algorithm doubt that account is unsafe but after 1 or 2 weeks if every thing is then your account will approve
