i am not getting ads in my live app id but getting ads in test ads id

i am getting ads when implement test ad isd for all ads but when i change the app id to original one then it will show only app open ads and other ads are not showing and giving an error of ad load : 3 .

my concern is that if ad inventory is empty then all ads will not shown by id , but in my case app open ads are showing and other ads are showing al load : 3 error .

Please help me to solve this  my admob is implemented correctly.

• AdMob App ID
• Ad Unit ID and its ad format
