Can't access admob "403. That’s an error. We're sorry, but you do not have access to this page"

I have a problem with admob. Everything was working fine, but now I can't access admob. I get this error:

403. That’s an error.
We're sorry, but you do not have access to this page. That’s all we know.

I tried other browser and other device, but I still get the same error. My google account works fine, I can access my google play console

Anyone else noticed something like this? I hope it doesn't mean that google banned me, I didn't get any email from google.

Thanks you, but i don't remember my "Publisher ID" to fill this form. I don't have any solution. Is there anything else solution?

Ok, I got my "Pub ID" from AD_UNIT_ID. Thanks for help!
