AdMob Policy issues : Urgent Help Needed

Hello everyone,

One of my iOS apps received policy issue today.

I have already implemented EU Consent message using user messaging platform.

I tried to search but didn't find more information on the exact reason and solution. It says EU special category content nothing else.

Even tapping on Fix it is not showing how to fix or anything. Urgent help needed.

I am always committed to comply the all policy and I want to fix this as soon as possible, please provide suggestion to fix this.

We have the same issue,
Status of all apps in our account is  "Restricted ad serving" and marked as "Must be fixed"
We have also already implemented EU Consent message using user messaging platform as you and they are active with 94-95% rate of approval of consent
Weirdly even it says that apps which are NOT published has the issue in all of its versions. Some of these applications are not actively existing in stores.


1-  The policy center is as such:

2- When we click fix it, a page is being opened and fields for "issue" and "what to do" is empty as such:

3- There is a .csv file attached to the policy centre, again which says nothing
