AdMob for windows phone 8 for India

Hi !
I am a windows phone 8 developer from Mumbai, India. Recently registered with AdMob. Then tried to add app in order to get the ad_unit_id.
But the "Add App" link shows options only for android & iphone; and no option for "windows phone 8" as shown in the screenshot.

Is AdMob for windows phone 8 for India still not supported ?
If so when will be the rollout date ?

Even i am interested in this. This is ridiculous from Google. Just ignoring windows phone platform and india completely!
