Ad serving Limit Issue From Past 5 Months & Date is Changing Every Day

Hello Team,

We have issue of ad serving limit from last 5 months. And it's still same. Please let us know for the same.

And here is attaching screenshot every day  date of ad serving increase. Actual date of ad serving also different. I am also attaching screenshot.

We also added our all device as Testing Device Non of our ad is working to get install for application so all traffic is also genuine.

Hello,

There is no mail support for this we try a lot there is only community support.

And we already following all guideline which you share and the issue of that date you checked in screenshot? The is incremented every day.

if there is any mail or ticket support so let us know so we can do that.

if you want we can also share our apk so you can review it.

Hi,

Thank you for your response.

Kindly note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server (E.g: AdMob), and I'm afraid that it doesn't have any control on fill rate / match rate of your app. This is more of an ad serving issue which is out of scope to our team. That said, we would recommend raising this to our Product Support team instead. The product specialist there should be able to assist you further on this.

If you are unable to reach out to the product support team, please try the below email option:

- Navigate to https://support.google.com/admob/gethelp?issue_description=contact+us

- In the first prompt click `Other` and `Next step`

- In the second prompt click `Next step`

- The email option should be available

Hello,

I am follow bellow step there are no email option

Navigate to https://support.google.com/admob/gethelp?issue_description=contact+us

- In the first prompt click `Other` and `Next step`

- In the second prompt click `Next step`

- The email option should be available


i am select on first prompt Ad no showing then enable email option but it will be gives error

However, they are the appropriate team who can help on you around as this is more of an ad serving issue which is out of scope to our team. Kindly note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server (E.g: AdMob).
