Control of count down interstitial ads in SDK or GAM

Is it any way to exclude count down interstitial ads (Some ads have a 5 seconds timer) in SDK or GAM?

Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK Support Team.

Please note that the ads format is decided by the ads server and inventory. Whatever ads will be available, it will serve sometimes with 5 seconds and sometimes with 10 seconds. It is an intended behavior. Please note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server but does not have any control on it. For more information, kindly refer to the Interstitial ad guidance.
