Full-screen video iOS

to Google Mobile Ads SDK Developers

We are attempting to implement full-screen video ads following the guide here: Google AdMob iOS Full-Screen Ads.

While everything seems to be functioning correctly, the video is not displaying in full screen. We are seeing padding at both the top and bottom, despite setting the video in portrait mode with the correct aspect ratio (1080x1920).

Could you provide any solution to this issue?

Native video content ad with custom format.

Upon reviewing the Google Sample Project, it appears that the full-screen presentation of ads in this case is the intended behavior. The UI likely maintains the ad's size and employs an aspect fit mode. This can be verified by by the presence of the ad choices icon in the top right corner, indicating the ad UI is occupying the full screen.

To further investigate potential discrepancies, please provide a screenshot of how the ad is displayed in your specific scenario, along with the corresponding adUnit ID and app ID.
