Upgrade to a newer com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads SDK version (No Ads on App)

Hello,

I'm receiving repeating google play console emails for an application about emails every 4 days about upgrading my app SDK Version to a newer com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads.

The problem with this is that we are not using any ads or libraries that depend on this, I don't see this warning on the google play console either, any way that we can stop receiving these emails on this topic?

It is always recommended to keep the SDKs up to date to avoid any issues. As of today, the latest version of Android is 23.3.0.

It is very important to follow AdMob Policies and restrictions as well as Implementation Guidelines to avoid any issues.
