Hi,

I have tried to contact sup...@admob.com opening 4 tickets but after
15 days I have not received any answer.
The payment was sent to my bank the 2nd of May. The problem is that my
bank account refused the payment because the bank accepts only euro.
The problem is that the amount (more than 1700$) wasn't reassigned to
my admob account.

Now I have set a paypal account but for the last and lost payment I
really don't know what to do because admob is not answering me!

Any help is appreciated!

Try sending them an email to admob-publis...@google.com I get a response within one day after sending them email to that address.

Hi Alvise,

Don't worry, the same thing happened to me about 2 or 3 times. I'm from Italy and my old bank account didn't accepted the payments in USD from AdMob. Before discovering that i tried with many bank account settings (using swift code, bic, and so on).

Each time the wire transfer has failed i contacted admob, they usually answer very later (also 14-30 days after my email), but every time i seen my money back on my admob account. You will not loose your money.

Btw, i think that it is an automatic process, so maybe you don't need to contact them, maybe their system automatically put the money back on your account when they receive back from their bank. But to be sure, i contacted them every time.

Now i made a new bank account that uses an intermediary bank to receive payments in USD, and i contacted them and they (and also my bank) told me that i should be able to receive the payment correctly this me. I hope that :)

 Btw, don't worry for your money, you will see them in you account within some days/weeks.

I second that, while there might be delays I have to say that since I started using them in 2009 Admob has never missed a payment (and by delay I am talking days, not months like some other networks).
