Hey Ronald,

That's odd, your fill rate with mediation (assuming it includes AdMob) should be >= AdMob's fill rate alone.  Are you using Android or iOS?  If Android, can you provide some Logcat output that may describe what's going on?

Also, how are you configuring the mediation networks: via eCPM or percentages?  If percentages, is the AdMob network > 0%?

Thanks,
Eric

Hey Eric,
I use percentages and AdMob is > 0%. I append a screenshot of my meditation statistic, where you can see, that the requests go to MobFox and than to AdMob. I like to use MobFox with eCPMcontrol and AdMob to get a fill rate of 90-100%.
Thanks
Ronald

Hmm, 4% CTR seems high to me.  I'm wondering if we're just not reporting impressions correctly.  That would also explain why you didn't get any house ads requests on 5/13.

When you run your own app, are you seeing significantly more than a 12% fill rate (and are they something other than house ads)?  Also, have you seen any difference in the reporting numbers in the past couple of days?

Thanks,
Eric

4% is really high. i forgot to explain that i haven't any house ads and i disabled house ads on 12.05.

a normal day with the publisher id:
revenue: $2.42
eCPM: $0.18
requests: 13,856
impressions: 13,109
fill rate: 94.61%
clicks: 162
CTR: 1.24%

i always get an ad on my test devices.

Hey,

I think it is a problem at admob. I have the same problem (also with MobFox), but if I got to my dashboard on mobfox.com, I see the same number of requests and a 100% fillrate.
Strange!?

Best

Is there any chance that your ads are placed in a spot in a spot in your app where users aren't visiting very long (for example a menu)?  Mediation waits longer than AdMob does to record an impression, so it's possible that users are moving through your ad screen really fast, and Mediation isn't recording the impression in a scenario where AdMob would.

my ad view is always visible while the activity is visible and i use the meditation with a refresh interval of 100 sec.
