Hi
I released a game to Google play store (first released was on 2/8)
Link to the game

I created new App ID and Ad units for the game on https://apps.admob.com (not sure if I can share the ID here)
and linked it to the game on the Google play store .

Approval status is in "Getting ready" for quite some time now
Can you please provide some status and why does it take such a long time.

Please let me know if you need more data , I can share it in private channels .

Thanks
Eli

Hi Eli,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Since you mentioned that your app is still "in preparation" status or "getting ready", this means that they are still reviewing your app. This usually takes a couple of days, but in some cases we may require more time to evaluate your app. You can also check the common reason why your app isn't ready to serve ads. To assist you better in your app status, I recommend reaching out to the Product Support Team as they are better equipped in handling cases with regards to the status.

Hi Princess Pamela ,
I Approached the Product Support Team  but they didn't provide any valuable information  , I got some  general answer from a non Google employee.
I think there is an issue with my Admob account (although  it is open and has the all relevant ID numbers :Publisher ID ,AdSense customer ID ,Google Ads customer ID)

Who should I approach ( Google employee ) to take care of this issue and at the same time inspect my Admob account ?

P.S.
I saw on some forums complaints of people waiting for several months in the  "getting ready" status without knowing the exact reason , I prefer not to be one of those guys.
I already integrated the Google Mobile Ads SDK into my released Game so can't revert it now and use a different SDK (at least not for now).

Thanks
Eli

Hi Eli,

I understand the issue that you're having right now. However, I'm afraid that this is out of our expertise. I'm afraid the best way to contact the Product Support team is still through the AdMob Help Center. I hope you get a response from them soon.

Hi Eli,

I am facing the same issue currently, it would be really helpfull if you can give some guidance and suggestions on how you resolved the issue.
I only have an mobile app, it runs rewarded ads. I don't have any website for my company. Does not having a website affects the approval of admob

Thank you,
Anubhav.P.S

Hi Anubhav.P.S,

Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK Support team.

If your app status is in "Getting ready" state. This indicates that your app is under reviewing. This usually takes a couple of days, but in some cases it may require more time to evaluate your app.

Not having a website generally shouldn’t prevent your app from being approved for AdMob.

Note: If you recently signed up for AdMob, your apps will remain in the "Getting Ready" status until your account is verified. Enter your payment details to have your account verified.

For more information, you can visit  Getting Ready.

Hi ,
I have entered the payment details. But I'm not seeing any button or any place where it is saying me to verify my account or payment details.

My organization name alone shows verified,   while there is no -"Verified" green sign next to other payment details like my name, phone number or address.

Organization name got verified when I opened google ad manager and it said to verify my organization name and I uploaded my company incorporation certificate for proof.

Hi Thank you for the information ,

There is no place or any button where I can start the verification process of my account or the payment details. Mine is a business payment profile. I have entered all the payment details.
How to initiate the verification process. I have just opened the ad mob recently and this is my first app in it.
The organization name in my payment profile alone shows the "Verified" tag next to it. It got verified when I opened ads manager account and it said me to verify my organization with my company incorporation certificate.

Also is it mandatory to have google ads manager account? I saw it in a community answer, saying we need to have google ads manager account also for ad mob to get approved.is it true?

Hi Anubhav.P.S,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Please use the following help center article to Enter your payment details, Verify your phone number and address verification.

The Google Ads Manager account is not a strictly requirement for AdMob, You can operate AdMob with just an AdMob account.

Kindly note that our support channel can only best assist you with regards to Google Mobile Ads SDK implementation. As this query is beyond the scope of our team's expertise, I would recommend that you reach out to the Product support team as they are better equipped to address your concern effectively. At this time the forum is the best escalation path to address your concern. It is monitored internally and externally to help you to resolve your issue.
