Thank you for contacting us. I was able to load ads using your Ad Unit ID with our sample apps. Can you provide us more details about your implementation and how you're loading the ads? I'd suggest that you recheck your implementation with our sample apps and try loading the ads again. Also, can you confirm if you're able to load ads on your end with our sample apps?

If you continue to have an issue with this, do provide us the Charles logs and a sample app of your implementation so we can take a look and assist you further.

Hi Manh,

Thank you for providing these information. However, I would like to inform you that I have deleted your post containing your Ad Unit IDs since they are considered sensitive information. Moving forward, kindly refrain from posting any sensitive or confidential information publicly on this forum.

As for your issue, I can also confirm that I can successfully retrieve ads using your Ad Unit ID on our end using the sample apps.

That said, an Invalid Response (Error Code: 13) error may simply mean that the Ad Request was successfully sent, but the server provided an invalid response. To investigate this, we would require logs from Charles' Proxy. However, the logs you provided doesn't seem to have SSL Proxying enabled. Can you provide to us some Charles' Logs with SSL proxying enabled? You may refer to this Help Center article on how to properly set up Charles.

Please get my attached file as Charles logs that ssl proxying enabled. I confirm that I always meet this error with your sample app (NativeAdvancedExample) on my Unit Ads ID.

I'm a colleague of Joshua and I am looking into this issue on his behalf.

Thank you for providing us with Charles logs. We are unable to reproduce this issue, but I have discussed this with the rest of the team and to further our investigation, can you please try to capture several AdRequests via Charles for us to debug? Also, see if changing the language on your device helps with the AdRequest and let us know.

Hello Deepika,

Sorry for reply this late. I was sick for few days. 
I don't know how to get several AdRequests via Charles so I cannot provide it to you now but I have detected an important point for you.

So, with your sample app (NativeAdvancedExample), I always meet this error IF I request native banner with 2 types: kGADAdLoaderAdTypeNativeAppInstall and kGADAdLoaderAdTypeNativeContent or just kGADAdLoaderAdTypeNativeAppInstall.

If I turn off kGADAdLoaderAdTypeNativeAppInstall and query with kGADAdLoaderAdTypeNativeContent only then I can load native banner very well.
Look at my screenshots for the result.

I guess we have problem with the Native App Install type.

I have also tried to change device languages but the same result. Sometime it works, and sometime not.

Thanks for getting back to us. This sounds like an issue with your device only. Is your device jailbroken? Can you please try to check on a different device and then let us know? We are able to load both App Install and Content Ads using your Ad Unit ID without any issue so it means it has to be an issue with your device on your end.

Hello Deepika,

I'm sure all our devices are not jailbroken. We have about 10 devices, some ones are work very well, but some others are not.
My device iPhone 5S is always happen this issue. But I think, this error: Receive Invalid Response should be belong to the server side? I don't know what's something wrong with my device, but it should be an another error code instead?

Hi Deepika,
I have the same problem. Sometime it's working and sometime i got the error:

"Error Domain=com.google.ads Code=1 "Request Error: No ad to show." UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Request Error: No ad to show., NSLocalizedFailureReason=Request Error: No ad to show.}"

and

Hi,
I find interesting you also see Error 1, because I started the investigation which has lead to Error 13 exactly for the same reason. We spot a huge decline in fill rates and many of us in the team still see Error 1 in every app we have shipped to App Store. I don't know if there is a direct connection, but it's certainly curious.

I have the same error here

I attach the Charles request/response. Looks okay, but I don't know why the SDK hits error delegate. On iOS Simulator works.
