Hello, I have a week since I set up my website and my mobile app in the playstore but the ads.txt file has not been found by the google robot ... who can help me in this regard ... that's why my ads are not shows.

I've checked the provided App ID, and it seems that the ads-app.txt is not configured or recently removed? Could you confirm this?

I have not removed the file app-ads.txt ... it has almost a month in the root domain ... my app in the playstore has almost more than a week published

Hi Step Class,

Thank you for the additional information. If what I have read is correct I suspect that the system is going to have a hard time finding your app. So if I understand correctly? You have posted your app to the store about a month ago, it seems like that at some point since then you have changed the URL or something that most likely changed the app. Even if this is just in name or now has 2 URLs with apps in store.

there is not only a url published in my playstore file ... what I did was change the contact url: https://stepclass.cl to https://stepclass.cl/login to see if updating it would change. .. but still nothing ... 😰

Hello, I followed the steps ... so for now I will wait another week ... for now I know that they should put a button that manually searches for this app-ads.txt file .... I know that this button exists but only when the file has been tracked ... but if the file has not been tracked, the button does not exist ... many pages that are dedicated to advertising have this so I do not understand much because they have not done it yet ... The only thing I can ask you for is another channel if you can't help me here or support me to see this more specific case ... because the time for my project is important so I just need to solve this problem with you.

Hello, a query, I can place other ad networks as long as I comply with the restrictions and conditions of the admob advertising policies ... the truth is, I am unemployed if I do not place advertising on my application and this would help me while the issue of the app file is fixed -ads.txt
