admob ads not showing when testing a game made with buildbox

I would be grateful if you could help me figure out how to fix this: 

I made a game using buildbox and added admob ad units,but when I test it in my android phone, no ads show up.

Kindly note that we do not support integration with any third-party plugin and/or platform on this forum since we do not have visibility on how they are using the SDK. I would suggest that you contact the support team of the "buildbox" that you are developing your app from for further assistance.
