Using admob sdk cookies in android app

Admob sdk support please answer my question.

I have connected admob sdk to my android app to show personalized and non-personalized ads from admob and its advertising partners.
And I have also connected admob ump sdk to get consent.

Here is my question:
Please tell me when using admob sdk and admob ump sdk in my app, do these sdks use cookies such as
Necessary cookies
Functional cookies
Third-party cookies?

1) It turns out that if I use admob sdk and show ads in my android application, then all the cookies that are in the table at this link are used?

2) If I use admob sdk and show ads in my android application, then all these cookies in the table refer to Necessary cookies, Functional cookies, Third-party cookies?

Google considers ads to be personalized when they are based on previously collected or historical data to determine or influence ad selection. Non-personalized ads are ads that are not based on a user's past behavior. Per the EU User Consent policy, non-personalized ads still require consent for cookies mobile identifiers. The UMP SDK does use app internal storage mechanisms to store consent related information essential to the consent functionality in the app.

Here is my question in more detail:
I have an android application in which I use Admob SDK and use interstitial and rewarded advertising. I need to create a cookie policy for the application. In this cookie policy I need to specify which cookies Admob uses in my application when using interstitial advertising and rewarded advertising. Admob SDK support simply sent me a link to this table. But I do not understand which of the cookies in this table are used in my application when using interstitial advertising and rewarded advertising. Can you please help me figure out which cookies I need to specify so that I can add them to my cookie policy so that users of my application know this information?
