Can I customize 'Ad choices icon'?

Hi, I'm android developer youngwoon in Korea.

I'm using 'custom native events' in admob, and I added 'mute' function with our custom "x"button.

And because of the design issue, I had to fit "x" button's size with adChoices icon "i".

However, after that, the size of "x" button is too small so user can't click it easily.

Does Google has the guide with this UI? or Can I customize 'Ad choices icon' like ... white background, not gray?

(If I can, I can put AdChoices icon to right below because it looks fine.)

And there are another issue.

I tested this function on "LG optimus view 2" and the 'adChoices icon' has also 'x' icon... so the 'x' icon is duplicated...(see the picture)

Why is it happen? Can I remove that?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

With regards to your concern, It is possible to customize the close/adchoices icon and its location. However, it can't be done at the developer level, as creatives are based on templates. You can do it as an advertiser by using MRAID when developing the creative. Since you mentioned that you are using the Custom Native Events which uses AdMob Mediation to load and display native ads from a network that isn't one of AdMob's supported ad networks, you need to raise this concern on that ad network you are mediating with regards to their creative.

I'm sorry for being confused, I was talked about "Native Ads" not a "Custom Native Events". (I used both of that so I was confused)

And the picture I uploaded was Native Ads too. the Adchoices icon was shown differently according to device type. is it ordinary situation?

And you mean, I can customize AdChoice icon in admob also. right...?

I couldn't find the appropriate result after researching....

Apologies for the confusion. 

You can't customize the AdChoice icon as this can't be done at the developer level. You can only do it as an advertiser by using MRAID when developing the creative.
