App Removal Google Play Store

  Hi Team,

The reason for my contact is to analyze 1 problem we are facing.

I recently added in 1 App the flags (https://developers.google.com/admob/android/optimize-initialization) OPTIMIZE_INITIALIZATION and OPTIMIZE_AD_LOADING, which are currently in Beta.

The App was approved in the store in the Internal Test, Beta and Production segments on 10/02/22. After this approximately 4 hours later the App was removed from the Store with the violation, Disruptive Ads policy.

After a re-review, we re-certified that all ad requirements were met, and resubmitted the app for review.

Today (05/09/22) the App was approved by the review team and re-established in production, But 4 hours later it was removed again for the same reason(Disruptive Ads policy).

Here, we establish all guarantees in the code that the app complies with Google's ad rules. All ads are being destroyed and paused correctly. I would like to request an analysis of this case, regarding the use of the OPTIMIZE_INITIALIZATION and OPTIMIZE_AD_LOADING flags

I understand that you have used OPTIMIZE_INITIALIZATION and OPTIMIZE_AD_LOADING in your app, and turned ON for the initialization and ad loading tasks that require extended processing time which will be offloaded to the background threads.

Could you please confirm if you already met the following requirements?

• Completing the Get Started guide.
• Using Google Mobile Ads SDK version 21.0.0 or higher.

Note that starting from Google Mobile Ads (GMA) SDK version 21.0.0, you can enable optimized SDK initialization and ad loading to improve the overall responsiveness of ads and help prevent "Application Not Responding" (ANR) errors on your app. You may double check your app's AndroidManifest.xml file for these flags if it is configured correctly.
