ShowPrivacyOptionsForm >> Form not Found

Hi,

I am using Unity 2022.3 and GoogleMobileAds 9.1.1

I am running the ShowPrivacyOptionsForm() method with a test form and keep getting no form, just an error of Form not Found. 

The Unity documentation is pretty rubbish. The Android documentation suggests that this method should load a form, so I expect that is the same for Unity but it is not doing it.

If before calling ShowPrivacyOptionsForm I try ConsentForm.Load then it will show a form, but it isn't interactable. Clicking Ok/Consent does nothing.

What is the expected behavior and why might a form not be found?

Could you share screen recording in blow link. As i have checked and getting form loaded.
Are you checking in physical device or simulator? Is this device specific issue (Share device detail)
