Admob Always Error_Code_Network_Error, even Have Internet Conncection

Hi Admin, i'm new on Admob, last days about 4 days ago, i'm create the apps with admob, and test it it works properly i can see ads (live ads (tested on one of my friend devices, they said they're can see live ads) and test ads from Admob ) . And from  2 days ago, the ads isn't showing up again until now. Okay i'm go back create a basic application admob from Android Studio, Test Ads OK, but when try to look Live Ads, its only show on log ERROR_CODE_NETWORK_ERROR , i see on Doc it's problem with connection or date, but of course the devices have Internet Connection (good speed) also the date already set properly, its tested on 3 devices different (my friends devices. I see the Request on Admob Dashoard is looks like success, but why the ads not come, i'm afraid the testing is become Illegal Activity because of that, i'm not clicking the own ads, i just want to see the logs and why the live ads not come. Please help me dev, i''m sick of this, 2 days not sleep because of this one. Thank you

*) Payment Details, Address, etc has been set up
*) All Implemetation Unit ID, App ID is correct

Hi, 

Thank you for reaching out to us.

During development phase, it is recommended load test ads instead of live ads to avoid invalid activities. Also, loading test ads is one way to know if your code implementation is working correctly and to test the AdMob Ads features.

With regards to the ERROR_CODE_NETWORK_ERROR that you have encountered, could you please share with us your Ad Unit ID via Reply Privately to Author option so we could check it on our end?

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to us and providing the additional details.

I tested your Ad Unit ID on an enabled test device and I was able to load an ad on my end. Since that you also mentioned that you were able to load test ads on your end then this means that you SDK implementation is correct.

Since you confirmed earlier that your friends were able to load ads on their end then it seems that the issue you encountered is specific to some device/s. That said, could you make sure that you don't have any Ad Blocker or custom ROM installed on those devices where the Ads failed to load? Also, could you confirm if all of your devices are connected in the same network when you were testing? If not, you may also check if there are any Ad Filter/Blocker in the network your device is connected where the Ads failed to load.

On the other hand, is your app already published? If so, could you please share with us the Playstore link so we could also check it on our end as well?

Hi thanks for replying again.

Yes test ads is working properly, but live ads not. Me or my friends don't have AdBlock installed . We're connected in different network . No ad filter or blocked installed . I just weird why only test ads which work and live ads not. Whether ads service stop displaying ads because i haven;t verifying PIN ? i'm already verifying address, payment, only PIN i haven't verified yet, because the PIN mailed by Google (March 17, 2019) haven't received by me, maybe its still on the way sending to me , because i see it will arrive to me 2-4 weeks. Whether the problem because of it ?

*) I haven't publish the apps on Playstore yet
*) For Identity, my identity already verified by Google

Hi,

Thank you for getting back to us.

I retested again your Ad Unit ID on our sample app without enabled test device (live ads) and I consistently getting the no fill error instead of network error on my end.

The no fill error means that there is no available ads at the moment. Also, since that your app is unpublished, it may have an impact on fill rate. 

That said, once your app is published, please let us know if you still wasn't able to load live ads and share with us the Playstore link so we could check.

Hi thanks for replying again,

Okay , so my implements is correct and the problem there's no ads at moment. Thanks for helping my problem, i'm sick of this, few days not sleep because of this one. Okay next time i'll try to upload to Playstore and if still like this, i'll contact you again.
