ConcurrentModificationException Crash in Google Mobile Ads Android SDK v24.3.0

We have recently updated Google Mobile Ads Android SDK from v23.6.0 to v24.3.0 and we are observing some crashes. 

 Fatal Exception: java.util.ConcurrentModificationException:
       at java.util.ArrayList$Itr.next(ArrayList.java:860)
       at j$.util.DesugarCollections$UnmodifiableCollection$1.next(Saavn:65351)
       at com.google.android.gms.internal.ads.zzfmf.zze(com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads@@24.3.0:3)
       at com.google.android.gms.internal.ads.zzfls.run(com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads@@24.3.0:3)
       at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:920)

We are using the following dependency for desugaring:
coreLibraryDesugaring 'com.android.tools:desugar_jdk_libs:2.1.5'

Hi Team,
Do we have any update on this issue? We are blocked from setting our target sdk version as 35 because we are not able to update Google Mobile Ads Android SDK.

We received a note from Google Play Console stating the following:

App must target Android 15 (API level 35) or higher

Status

• You won't be able to release app updates (60 days away)

Date sent

Jul 1, 2025

Deadline

Aug 31, 2025

To provide users with a safe and secure experience, Google Play requires all apps to meet target API level requirements.

From Aug 31, 2025, if your target API level is not within 1 year of the latest Android release, you won't be able to update your app
