Suspended App, Restored by play store, Adserving blocked by admob

Hi guys, Recently one of our apps was suspended from the play store due an intellectual property infringement, However we submitted an appeal and our App was restored by play store although in the mean time during all this process our admob blocked our adserving on that particular App.

So i tried to find an appeal form for that, And i found out a link claiming that if your app was removed by play store and they have reinstated your App, please fills this form for Admob appeal. 

I went through the form and filed an appeal but its almost 1 week there had been no email from google adsense except the automated email which is another twist in the story. Cause the automated email doesn't say anything about the appeal.Have a look at this. 

"GOOGLE PLAY REMOVAL: AdMob publishers are not permitted to abuse or promote the abuse of any Google product, such as Google Play, YouTube, or Blogger. This includes circumventing, or providing the means to circumvent, the policies or terms of these or other Google products, such as by allowing users to download YouTube videos.

If your app is removed by Google Play policy enforcement, please contact Google Play about an app removal here. If Google Play reinstates your app, please submit an appeal to our team."

There had been no acknowledgement against my appeal in the reply. Can anyone help me in this.
