Banner Ads and SwiftUI, setting Banner height

The banner height takes up the full available screen space.

The most common scenario for banner ads is for them to be at the bottom of the screen, but it doesn't work:

VStack(spacing: 0) {

                Spacer()

                BannerView().background(.blue)

            }
