Admob 31th August upgrade - error AdMob requires a valid AdSense account and an AdWords account

Hello,

I'm trying to do the upgrade but when I do I get this error:

We're sorry, we currently do not you can subscribe to using AdMob fmaino.pef @ gmail.com. 

AdMob requires a valid AdSense account and an AdWords account. However, there seems to be a problem with one or both accounts. 

AdSense - Publisher ID: pub-8144304752538752 

This account has been closed. See the frequently asked questions about issues related to AdMob account. 

I had an adsense account in 2011 that now was closed, what can I do now? I did not even source code of my application so I'm in big trouble.
