AdMob Payments Administrator Permissions Change

Hello,

We have an employee that left the company who was the administrator for our Admob payments profile. I am listed as a user but only with Read Only access. We have reset his email password and signed in under his email but it still will not let us change or add any banking information to our account. It states that we do not have permissions and to contact the administrator. How can we get him deleted and assign a new administrator? We tried that on our end with no prevail.
