Upon reviewing your concern, I understand that ads are not showing properly. Please go through the Common reasons for ads not showing for more details.
As you've mentioned that ads were loading before. Could you try once by enabling the Ad Inspector? and then share the export request and response file generated from the Ad Inspector to us along with app ID & ad unit ID for further investigation.
Note: You can export the ad response only after you add your test device in the AdMob UI.
