Admob ads after transferring apps to new account

Hello,

I have transfered some apps from one developer account to another developer account. After successfully transfered, I got following email which i dont understand. 

"Your transfer is complete!

Thanks for providing the necessary info for your app transfer.

Now that your app is transferred, you may want to consider the following:

According to our system, your apps  use an integrated advertising SDK. Ad SDK integrations will need to be updated in your APK in order to ensure credit for ad traffic is directed to the appropriate account.

Thanks for supporting Google Play!"

Please help me what does it mean, and how to solve it.

Thanks for reaching out to our team. It seems that you have integrated an Advertising framework. You can check if you are using our Mobile Ads SDK via Gradle and see if you added our GMS dependency. If you are, and want to integrate our framework, then you can start by going through our guidelines to learn how to do so. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Kindly tell me if I transfer my app to another developer than what happened with my Admob ads unit ids. Is other developer use their Admob Ids in transferred apps or not.
