Rewarded Ad Request Error: No ad to show

My new app would show rewarded ad to user. This app have launched App Store 5 days ago, and has been selected successfully from App Store 6 hours ago on AdMob "app settings" page. 

But until now, it still cannot receive rewarded ad to show,  except on test device.

On test device, all things work great, including I can get the reward amount which I set.

But on non-test device, the function GADRewardedAd.load always turns out an error immediately: "Request Error: No ad to show."

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Michael,

Thank you for bringing this question to our attention. Just letting you know it can take up to a few days and sometimes a week before the ads can sometime be served to the new app. But that being said, we also suggest sending us a link to your app in the store. Which will allow us to look further into this for you.

Hi Michael,

Thank you for the additional information. I was able to look a bit more into your app for you. I would ask if you have been able to link the app to your account? If not you should be able to do so now. If you are linked to your app and still not getting ads then we would suggest that you reach out to our Product Support Team to see why you are not getting the ads. From our point of view, the fact that you are getting test ads to show. Means you have the SDK properly setup. The fact you are not seeing ads if liked would indicate a backend ad serving issue.

Also make sure that your live app does not have the code for the test ads part in it.

Yes, I have linked the app to my account.(That's I said: 'and has been selected successfully from App Store 6 hours ago on AdMob "app settings" page.') Now, it's about 16 hours after the linking.
